Tomorrow’s Energy Solutions, Today.
Defining the Path to Power your Future.
The energy world is embarking on the largest transformation in history.
Corporations, governments, and utilities alike are aspiring for 100% Clean Energy targets within the next couple of decades. The path on reaching these targets is still undefined and there are major challenges and complexity for engineers to solve:
We’re here to help you write your chapter in the clean energy transition success story:
Using better (and very different) building control strategies & technology.
Deploying micro-grids, CHP, and renewable + battery systems.
Analyze and simulating energy usage before construction.
Navigating the storm and complexity of new utility cost structures; Stay ahead of the curve.
WHAT WE DO
diagnose
We examine the energy consumption patterns and operations in order to identify solutions or evaluate new technologies to best meet your energy goals whether it is cost, reliability, sustainability, or all of the above.
optimize
We develop detailed energy system modeling in order to test and optimize design parameters and operational sequences to deliver the highest return on investment and lowest utility costs.
inform
Through detailed energy modeling and analysis, we deliver high-quality data to help customers and clients make informed energy decisions. At the backend of projects, we provide commissioning guidance and review M&V data to validate project savings.
NOT ALL ENERGY IS CREATED EQUAL
With rapidly evolving utility rate structures, evaluating energy projects has become more challenging and complex. Many utilities now offer several different rate plans for procuring electricity with new billing components such as demand charges, demand ratchets, super on-peak hours, super off-peak hours, real-time pricing and more.
Traditional ways of evaluating ROI and cost savings for energy conservation measures (ECM), building management systems, on-site solar projects, and other distributed generation projects are often grossly over-estimated leading to disappointing energy results or worse, under-estimated, overlooking profitable energy solutions because they were not properly analyzed. Today, not only is it important to evaluate the feasibility of the energy system design, but it is also important to consider the best tariff structure for the application in order to maximize the full potential of the project.
We specialize in energy system modeling and data analysis with the integration of various utility rate structures to optimize energy projects to their fullest potential and defines the key benefits in terms that bring confidence to the customer's energy decisions.
